We will always reserve the right to close or disallow rentals based on factors related to personal safety, this includes impairment of and type, alcohol, inclement weather, etc.
Waiver
Waiver form required for all participants.
Important details
-All boats must be in by closing time (5 pm).
-PFDs and other support equipment provided.
-Responsible party must be 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent/guardian.
-Responsible party must show driver's license.
